To kick-off the planning process, I love to learn about you and your lifestyle. Understand your “loves and must-haves” as well as the overall vision you have for the celebration! So we’ll meet over virtual sangria and chat about your vision for your dream wedding.
After our chat, I’ll get to work on building a proposal that brings your vision to life with the perfect vendor team and an ambiance plan to help you understand how Dazzling your wedding will be!
We’ve got our vendors on board and its time to talk decor! My creativity goes into high gear sourcing local elements and infusing the design with subtle, personal details to round out your vision! A design board and outline is shared with you, and from there we work together to tweak until it is perfect!
The day you’ve been dreaming of! So relax, lounge and laugh with friends, sip champagne (or toss back tequila, whatever your jam is). I’ll be on site from sun up until the last guest has gone home ensuring that every moment and detail of your wedding day and decor is just Dazzling!

WHEN IS YOUR WEDDING SEASON?
I offer my wedding services November through May, months that coincide with the best weather, and accept no more than eight weddings per season. This is so I can be attentive to each and every event detail. (While I will occasionally accept a special event June through October, I do my best to educate you about the reality of summer/fall weather in the area and necessary precautions to take.)
WHAT TYPE OF VENUES DO YOU WORK?
There is a variety of venues throughout the region in which to marry – private estates and villas, gardens, restaurants and hotels. While I have worked at all of them, the majority of my weddings take place at private estates and oceanfront garden venues across the Bay. I work together with you to help find the perfect venue fit and ensure a positive experience with the location.
DO YOU SPEAK SPANISH?
Absolutely! Despite having arrived to Mexico with a very limited Spanish repertoire (Corona and Hola!). I purposely immersed myself in the culture and language. That means I have learned organically from neighbors, friends and my community over the years. I am now fluent (and proud of it!)
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
My home base year-round is Puerto Vallarta. I am originally from a cute little island town in Northern Wisconsin. so I have that “Midwest Nice” about me, and I moved to Mexico in 2001. I offer my wedding planning and design services in Puerto Vallarta and its surrounding areas including Sayulita, Punta Mita, Mismaloya and everywhere in between!
DO I NEED TO BE IN TOUCH WITH EVERY VENDOR?
No. That is why you have me! There are a couple of vendors who I recommend you speak to directly (photographer and cinematographer, for example). This is because you will be interacting with them directly on wedding day, and it is so important to feel like a good fit. I do all the communicating with the remaining vendors. You see my goal is to simplify your wedding planning life!
WILL YOU HELP ME WITH MY WELCOME PARTY / REHEARSAL DINNER / BRUNCH?
Oh, I would love to! My initial planning services are priced for wedding only. But I offer different service options to assist with pre- and post- events depending on what level of planning is required. I absolutely love to be involved in these special events, It gives me an opportunity to ensure an extended quality experience. Plus I get to spend more time with you and your guests!
