When is the best time to marry in Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita or Sayulita?
The Dazzling Details offers wedding services from November through May, months that coincide with the best weather in the area. Occasionally, we may accept a special event from June through October, with full transparency about the summer/fall climate and necessary precautions.
What types of venues are available?
There is a range of beautiful venues across the region, including private estates and villas, expansive beaches, oceanfront gardens and luxury hotels. As part of our service, we guide you in identifying the ideal venue to ensure a Dazzling experience for your celebration.
Do you speak Spanish?
Absolutely! Although I arrived in Mexico with basic Spanish (“Corona” and “Hola!”), over the past two decades, I have immersed myself in the culture, learning the language organically through my community. Today, I’m fluent, and our team consists of beautiful bilingual women.
Where are you located?
Originally from the United States, I bring a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, expectations, and communication styles, but Mexico is now home for myself and my team, composed of talented individuals from different parts of Mexico. We offer wedding planning and design services throughout Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Sayulita and surrounding areas.
Do I need to be in touch with every vendor?
Absolutely not. While we will recommend connecting directly with key vendors , like your photographer and cinematographer, we handle communication with all other vendors to simplify your planning experience.
Will you help me with my entire wedding weekend?
Absolutely! We offer additional service options to assist with pre- and post-wedding events, tailored to your needs and vision. We love being part of these celebrations, as they allow us to create a cohesive experience for you and your guests from the start of the weekend to the final goodbye.
