Puerto Vallarta wedding planners are uniting to assist unemployed wedding and event vendor families who are in desperate need! We invite you to participate in the Adopt-a-Family campaign in Puerto Vallarta!
You can make a real difference in the life of a family!
A one-time donation of 100 usd can provide a grocery haul to a family every 2 weeks from July 1 through Oct 1st! We are currently serving 107 families, but there are so many more to serve!
The grocery delivery includes:
- 1 kilo beans
- 1 kilo sugar
- 1 bag elbow pasta
- 1 bag corkscrew pasta
- 1 tomato sauce
- 1 bottle oil
- 1 bag rice
- 1 kilo onion
- serrano chile peppers
- cilantro
- 1 kilo tomatoes
- 1 kilo oranges
- 1 kilo potatoes
- 1 kilo bananas
- 1 kilo lentils
- 1 kilo chayote squash
- 1 kilo cucumber
- 1 kilo oatmeal
- 1 kilo carrots
- 1 kilo eggs
- milk
- soy
All items are purchased from a small local business which has also contributed to maintaining employment for their workers.
Bi-weekly, we work to include an extra item in each distribution. Thus far, the following extra items were included:
June 11: cookies (much to the delight of the children!)
June 25: pancake mix and strawberry jam
July 9: jicama, tajin and jello
July 23: box of cereal
August 6: flan
August 20: cookies
September 3: fruit bars

Please note your email address in the payment notes when submitting a donation so that we are able to be in touch via email.
What you can expect:
- You will receive a photo of the family you are serving as well as email updates regarding grocery deliveries every two weeks.
- 100% of your donation goes directly to families in need in the form of groceries and personal hygiene products.
- If you are unable to adopt a family, partial donations are more than welcome. These donations are utilized to purchase extra items (cookies, protein, toothpaste, etc).
